Well I havnt followed de calendar BT after trying Jillian's workout I realised dat I could see quick results. U just need to do the moves well, its very important. Do as much as u can in a day and build up from there. Could see gud result even in a day, soo imagin if u do it a whole month?? Just as I thought.
This is my go-to work out when I want to see results fast. Her DVDs on their own are great, but using them all together with this plan is incredible. If you haven't tried it yet, you will definitely not be disappointed.
I was wondering if anyone has tried this program, and the kind of results by the end. Thanks!
